The trio consists of prominent profiles in the domestic death metal scene and has a very impressive resume, which includes musical service in Entombed, Grave, Krux, Vomitory, The Project Hate MCMXCIX, Vicious Art and God Among Insects.
All music that the band has recorded can be downloaded for free from Torture Division’s website. Thanks to the fans buying the band’s merchandise, this deadly trio has the opportunity to remain the hardest demo band on this side of hell!

Hysterica is a band consisting of five rock hard women who formed in 2005 by a person with a very strong vision of creating a band that would be something extraordinary.
The debute album “METALWAR” was released in 2009 and mixed by Peter “Pain” Tägtgren.
2010 the band won the award for “Best Newcomer” at Swedish Metal Awards, and a new album began to take shape …
With Hysterica’s second album “The Art of Metal” which was released in March 2012 the band takes a giant step forward. The band plays melodic classic doom and power metal, and with this second album expanded the sound with keyboards, extreme vocals and epic choruses.
Pontus Norgren (Hammerfall) and Marcus Jidell (Evergrey) produced the album. Anni De Vil has become a perfect singer with her melodic vocals that are mixed with a growl. Hysterica wanted with album to broaden their horizons.
We say welcome Hysterica to Rockstad: Falun 2012!

Viking metal band VARG was formed in 2005 and has so far released three full-length album, the first one: “Wolfszeit” had a major impact on the dedicated underground Pagan Metal crowd and gave the band a big boost.
2010 they released the album “Blutaar” on Noise Art Records and it took the band’s old sound to a whole new level of brutality and thicker sound.
On March 4 2011 was the latest album released, “Wolfskult” and in August 2012 VARG will make their Sweden debut at Rockstad: Falun!

During the last few months, media have been storming about Sabaton because of the new band members and the forthcoming album. Sadly, this also brought some bad rumours to life – that the band isn’t going to play at Rockstad: Falun, or that the whole festival is to be cancelled.
We just want to confirm that this is only rumours, nothing else, and the festival will happen, just as planned, along with a bombastic Sabaton show. There is no question about this!
Rockstad: Falun has up until now sold about three time as many advanced tickets compared to last year, and supposedly all the 6000 tickets for sale will be sold out before the festival starts.
From July 16:th the ticket price will be raised with 200 SEK, and therefore it’s really about time to start planning your visit in August immediately!
There are still vacancies left at hotels and at hostels around Falun. Of course we also have our own camping, just book your stay on our website as you book your tickets! The tourist offices in Dalarna will also gladly help you with vacancy questions.
